The Virginian Pilot, Thursday,October 16,1975
Cape Charles - Booker T. Short of 523 Plumb St., an Army veteran of World War II 
and a native of Rocky Mount, NC, died Tuesday in a Norfolk hospital.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Graves Funeral Chapel, 
Norfolk. Burial with military honors, will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk. The 
family in Norfolk will be at 2144 Campostella Road.
