Katharine Campbell Groner Shropshire, born Feb. 28, 1894, in Norfolk, died 
July 1, 1997, in St. John's Health Care Center. 
Mrs. Shropshire was a longtime resident of St. Augustine and a member of the 
Episcopal Church. 
She is survived by her daughter, Katharine C. Brandon; two grandsons, Bruce W. 
Talcott, John A.C. Brandon, all of St. Augustine; and a sister, Mrs. John A. 
Moreno of Coronado, Calif. 
Graveside services will be held at the Groner-Campbell family plot at Cedar 
Grove Cemetery, Norfolk. Memorials may be made to the Recreation Fund, St. 
John's Health Care Center, 189 San Marco Ave., St. Augustine, Fla. 32084.
