Virginian Pilot November 23, 1906

Mrs. Margaret Shue, widow of the late William H. Shue, died at the home of her 
son-in-law, John R. Cross, 127 South May Avenue, at 10:10 o'clock Wednesday 
night after an illness of about five years, in the 66th year of her age.  She 
leaves a daughter, Mrs. Cross, and several grandchildren.
The funeral will be held from the residence at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Margaret Shue, whose death occurred at the home of 
her son-in-law, John R. Cross, 127 South May Avenue, Brambleton, Wednesday 
night, was held from the residence at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was 
largely attended by the friends of the deceased.  The service was conducted by 
Rev. J.E. Thacker, of the Second Presbyterian Church.  The interment was in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
