J. E. Kellam and Nancy Caffee Kellam, a native of Princess Anne County and a resident of Norfolk for 50 years, died at a local hospital yesterday at 1:15 a.m., after a short illness. She is survived by two sisters, Miss Florence P. Kellam, of Washington, D. C., and Mrs. M. Grace Woodhouse, of Norfolk; two brothers, John Kellam, of Tennessee, and E. J. Kellam, of Yakima, Wash.; three nieces, Mrs. Iris W. Cushing, of Alexandria, Miss Salah Kellam, of Norfolk, and Miss Juanita Kellam, of Yakima; two nephews, Solomon W. Kellam, of Seattle, Wash., and Aaram Kellam, of Yakima, an a great-niece, Nancy Elizabeth Cushing, of Alexandra. Mrs. Simmons was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home tomorrow at 2 p.m., with the Rev J. A. Engle, D.D., pastor of the Park Place Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
