Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Simmons were held Thursday at Central Baptist 
Church. Mrs. Simmons died Tuesday at her home on Lancaster St. having been ill for 
a number of years. A solo was rendered by Mrs. Lula Savage. Besides her husband, 
Mrs. Simmons is survived by a son. Interment was in the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
