Norfolk Journal and Guide, June 21, 1947
Mrs. Katie Simpson - Funeral services for Mrs. Simpson of East Main street, who
passed at a local hospital Wednesday afternoon, June 11, were held June 15,
Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. from Antioch Baptist Church with the pastor
officiating.  Interment followed in Calvary Cemetery with Hale and Company in
charge of arrangements.
