Norfolk Virginian April 10, 1895

SIMPSON - At 12 o'clock Tuesday, April 9th, 1895, at the residence of his 
brother-in-law, James E. Parr, No. 1?0 Queen Street, GEORGE W. SIMPSON, in the 
44th year of his age.
The funeral will take place from his late residence THIS (Wednesday) AFTERNOON, 
April 10th at 4 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to 
attend.

The funeral of Mr. Geo. W. Simpson, who died Tuesday, took place from his 
residence, Boush and Queen Streets, yesterday afternoon and was conducted by 
Rev. T.A. Hall, of the Central Street Baptist Church, Atlantic City. The 
interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
