In loving memory of our beloved mother, Mamie M. Simpson, who departed this life 
May 8,1925. She is gone but not forgotten. Never shall her memory fade, Loving 
thoughts shall always linger round the grave where she is laid, Sleep on dear 
mother, and take your rest: God called you home, He thought it best; He saw your 
suffering was so great And opened up the golden gates.
