Sims, Lee - At 3140 Pioneer avenue, Liberty Park, Friday, May 19, 1944 at 12:30 
p.m., Lee Sims. He is survived by two daughters, Miss Ethel Sims and Mrs. Grace 
Sims Coble. Mr. Sims was a well-known shoemaker in this city for a long number of 
years. He was also a leader in church and fraternal activities in the city. 
Funeral services will be conducted from the Bank street Baptist Church, corner 
Bank and Charlotte streets, Norfolk.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. 
Riddick Funeral Service in charge.
