Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - January 20, 1992

Ethel B. Singelton, 67, of the 7000 block of Auburn Ave., died Jan. 15, 
1992, in a hospital.
Mrs. Singelton was born in Norfolk. She was the widow of Thomas Singelton 
and was a member of St. Thomas A.M.E. Zion Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Bonita Williams of Virginia Beach; two sons, 
Ismail Hasan of Fairton, N.J., and Andrew B. Walker of Virginia Beach; two 
sisters, Mildred Brown and Signora Felton, both of Norfolk; seven 
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Magnolia Cemetery 
by the Rev. G.L. Scott. Friends may join the family at 11 a.m. Tuesday in 
Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, and at 5619 Banbury Court, Virginia 
Beach.
