NORFOLK - Miss Rosa Lee Skinner of 856 Philpotts Road, a retired schoolteacher, 
died Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. in a hospital after a long illness.

A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of the late Townsend and Mrs. Pennie Lee 
Skinner. She was a member of Dorcas Club of First Baptist Church, Bute Street. 
She retired 20 years ago as a teacher in the Norfolk school system.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Catherine Owens of Norfolk.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at noon in First Baptist Church by the 
Rev. E.O. Sims. Burial will be in the family plot of Calvary Cemetery with Hale 
Funeral Home in charge.
