Slade, died at her residence, 507 Clay avenue, yesterday morning at 11:05 o'clock after a long illness. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. L. M. Barnes and Mrs. Lucile Addison, of Norfolk, and Mrs. J.H. Edwards, of Richmond, and three grandchildren. Mrs. Slade was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk and was a member of McKendree Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
