Requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. Father James F. Wareing, during which Miss Rosa Smith sang, "Lead Kindly Light.” There was a wealth of beautiful floral tributes attesting the love and esteem in which the deceased was held. The remains were laid to rest in St. Mary’s cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: James E. Barry, Raymond Eastwood, Emmett Hogan, Thomas Starkey, Benjamin Joynes, Dr. Harry Seelinger, Steve Seelinger and Michael Stubbs.
