Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, August 2, 2003 
NORFOLK - Ethel Small of the 900 block of E. Princess Anne Road died July 29,
2003 at Norfolk Health Care.

A native of Norfolk, she was the widow of David Small and a homemaker. Mrs.
Small was a former member of Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in Calvary Cemetery . The
remains will be ready for viewing Sunday from 3:30 to 8 p.m. The family will
assemble at the graveside at 12:30 p.m. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk
chapel, www.carlosahowardfuneralhome.com, is in charge.
