Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - April 15, 1993

Wilson Smalls of the 500 block of E. Liberty St. died April 12, 1993, in his 
residence.
Mr. Small, a native of Florence, S.C., was retired as a self-employed hauler 
of construction materials. He was a member of the Church of The Lord Jesus 
Christ Apostolic Faith in Norfolk and was sergeant-at-arms.
Survivors include his wife, Clarine Smalls of Elizabeth City; two sisters, 
Rebecca Davis of Paterson, N.J., and Marie Merritts of Florence, S.C.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Magnolia Cemetery. The 
family will meet at E.A. Hughes Funeral Home at noon for the processional to 
the cemetery.
