SMITH, MRS. MARY LORETTO PARR – In a local hospital, Thursday, MRS. MARY LORETTO 
PARR SMITH, widow of Clarence B. Smith, and daughter of the late James E. and Mrs. 
Frances Virginia Simpson Parr, in the 78th year of her age. The office of the dead 
will be recited in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, Sunday at 7:30 p.m. A 
funeral service will be conducted in Christ the King Catholic Church Monday at 10 
o’clock. Burial, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
