Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, November 16, 1990 
Ciara Denise Smith, of the 7900 block of Bright St., died Nov. 13, 1990, in a
hospital.

Survivors include her mother, Matilda Smith; her father, Michael A. Washington;
a sister, Tiara R. Smith; maternal grandparents, Gail and John Jernigan; and
paternal grandmother, Fannie L. Howard, all of Norfolk.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Calvary Cemetery by
the Rev. Jeremiah Cuffee. Family and friends will assemble at 10:15 a.m. at 7903
Bright St. Metropolitan Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
