Mrs. Nannie Smith, who for over 60 years was a member of First Baptist Church,
was eulogized at rites held Thursday, August 16 with the Rev. R. L. Harris
officiating. Condolences were read by Johnny Sumler and Mrs. Macela Paige. The
senior choir rendered the favorite hymns of the deceased.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Eva Wilson; one son, Samuel S. Smith; a
daughter-in-law, Mrs. Emily Smith, and four grandchildren.

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Chatman Funeral Home in charge.
