 Norfolk Virginian Pilot November 14, 1951
Mrs. Harriet Warner Smith, 89, died yesterday at 5:45 p.m. at her residence, 
1721 Arlington Avenue, Campostella, after a long illness.
A native of Talbot County, Md., she had lived here 62 years. She was a 
daughter of the late Louis O. and Mrs. Martha Baynard Warner, and wife of 
the late Nathan S. Smith.
She was a member of Memorial Methodist Church, Berkley.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. B.B. Bott and Mrs. Annie T. Gibbs, both of 
Norfolk; one great-niece, Mrs. Edith Gibbs Estes, of Charlottesville, and 
one nephew, L. Medford Bott, of Norfolk.
The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley, where services will 
be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
