Norfolk - Anthony S. Smith of 2608 Ballentine Blvd., a native of Norfolk, 
died Wednesday in a hospital.

He was a seventh-grade student at Azalea Garden Middle School. He was a 
member of New Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother, Shelia Wright, and his grandmother, Hazel 
Smith, of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday in New Calvary Baptist 
Church by Dr. Milton Reid. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Graves 
Funeral Home is in charge.

The family will be at the residence. The body will be placed in the church 
at 11 a.m. Monday.
