The Virginian Pilot Thursday March 13, 1975
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Mrs. Mabyn Simpson Smith, 73, a native of Norfolk and 
a former resident of Salisbury, Md., died Monday in her home.
She was the widow of Dr. Charles S. Smith.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Charles S. Smith Jr. of Walnut Creek; a sister, 
Mrs. William A. Robertson of Norfolk and Mrs. Ross Tull of Salisbury; a 
brother, Dr. Grellet C. Simpson of Fredericksburg, Va.; and three 
grandchildren.
The body is being sent to Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive, 
Norfolk. A funeral service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Magnolia 
Cemetery, Norfolk, by Dr. William L. Lumpkin.
