Norfolk Journal and Guide, May 11,1946
Mrs. Mary Smith - Funeral services for Mrs. Smith of Isaac street were held 
Sunday at 2 o'clock from the First Baptist Church, Campostella with the Rev. 
R. L. Harris officiating, 
assissted by the Rev. Ivory Jones and Rev. Mr. Jenkins. Musical selections 
were rendered by Mrs. Catherine Foreman. Mrs. Blow spoke briefly on the life 
of the deceased in the church and Mrs. Nettie Woodhouse read the condolences.
