Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, March 20, 1991 
Sandra E. Smith, an employment interviewer, died Feb. 7, 1991, in Riverdale.

She was a 1965 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and a 1969 graduate
of Norfolk State University.

Survivors include a sister, Sharon C. Franklin of Norfolk; and a brother,
Charles S. Broadfield of Norfolk.

A memorial service will be conducted at noon Friday in the chapel of St. John
A.M.E. Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. I.W. Knight. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery , Norfolk. Hale Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
