Norfolk - Tess Smith, 7 months, a daughter of Frank Smith Jr. and Mrs. Vallerie 
Smith of 7244 Chesapeake Blvd. died in a local hospital recently.  Besides her 
parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilton McCoy, of 
Virginia Beach, and Mr. nd Mrs. Frank Smith Sr. of Portsmouth;  and a sister, 
Sante Smith, of Norfolk.

Graveside services were held in Calvary Cemetery by the Rev. Daniel Felton.  
Graves Funeral Home was in charge.
