Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - July 8, 1992

Mary E. Johnson Smith of the 300 block of Nicholson St., a retired seafood 
cleaner, died July 5, 1992, in a hospital.
Mrs. Smith was born in Norfolk County and was the widow of Charlie Smith. 
She was a member of the Church of The Lord Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith.
Survivors include a sister, Leanna Spruill of Chesapeake; and two brothers, 
Charlie Johnson and David Johnson, both of Chesapeake.
The graveside service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Magnolia 
Cemetery by the Rev. Vernon E. Mitchell. Family and friends will assemble at 
1116 Sean Drive, Chesapeake, for the procession. Graves Funeral Home is 
handling arrangements.
