Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - July 28, 1992

Ada Bell Smith of the 200 block of E. 28th St., a retired domestic worker, 
died July 25, 1992, in a nursing home.
Mrs. Smith was born in Wilson, N.C. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist 
Church and was the widow of Willie Smith.
Survivors include a son, Willie Smith Jr. of California; a sister, Rosa 
Evans of Bolivia, N.C.; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 15 
great-great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Magnolia 
Cemetery by the Rev. John H. Foster. Family and friends will assemble at 
11:15 a.m. in the cemetery. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
