NORFOLK - Roosevelt S.W. Smith Jr., of 722 Pulaski St. died Tuesday in a 
hospital.

A native of Norfolk, he was a son of Roosevelt W. Smith Sr. and the late Mrs. 
Emma Askew Smith.

He worked 21 years at Norfolk Coca-Cola Bottling Co.

Besides his father, surviving are two sisters, Miss Alice Smith and Mrs. 
Catherine Crawford of Norfolk.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Graves Funeral Chapel by 
the Rev. J.L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Graves Funeral 
Home in charge.
