Norfolk Journal and Guide, Saturday, Nov 24,1962
Robert Smith, 50, of 2937 E. Princess Anne road died Nov. 12 in a Norfolk
hospital after a short illness.

A native of Mount Olive, NC, he was a son of Howard and Mrs. Eddie Ann Smith. 
He was employed by Loew’s Theaters 30 years and is survived by three cousins,
Mrs. Louise Johnson, Otis Kornegay and Lewis Kornegay of Norfolk.

A funeral service was held Sunday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev. J. L.
Kearney.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
