Leander Smith, 23, of 2209 Courtney Avenue, died at his home on Saturday and his
funeral was held at the Community AME Church, with the Rev. A. L. Scruggs
officiating. The deceased was born in Princess Anne County and is survived by
his mother, four brothers and a sister. He was buried in Calvary Cemetery.
