Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, February 24, 2002
Mildred Lucille Smith of the 900 block of Easy St., formerly of 7556 Diven St.,
died Feb. 19, 2002, in Chesapeake General Hospital. Born in Baltimore, Md., she
was a homemaker.

She is survived by a godchild and special friends, John and Mary Parker of Norfolk.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery by
Bishop Anthony E. Moses. The remains will be ready for viewing Tuesday from 3:30
to 8 p.m. The procession will assemble at 418 Virginia Ave. at 10:15 a.m.
Wednesday. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge of
arrangements.
