Funeral services for William R. Smith, 70, were held May 4 at the Shiloh Baptist
Church with the pastor, Rev. W. L. Hamilton, officiating.

Mr. Smith, 938 Reservoir Ave., died April 30 in a local hospital. He was born in
Charlotte, NC, was a member of the Eureka Lodge, Rafield Lodge 162 AM and FM
Masons and was past chairman of the deacon board of Shiloh.

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Graves Funeral Home in charge.
