Final rites were given Henry Smith, of 816 Creighton road, at New Calvary Baptist 
Church, Monday, with Elder Samuel A. Wilson conducting the service.

Employed by National Maritime Union No. 13, Mr. Smith was married to Mrs. Pennie 
Smith. He was a native of Princess Anne county.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three stepdaughters, Mrs. Mattie Ann Small of 
New York City, Mrs. Dorothy Houser and Mrs. Marion Reid of Norfolk.

Burial in Calvary Cemetery was arranged by Hale Funeral Home.
