Funeral services for the Rev. John H. Smith, of 1346 Reservoir Avenue, who died at 
his residence Friday of last week, were held at the Marshall Avenue Disciples 
Church, of which he was the pastor, Tuesday afternoon at two o’clock.

The deceased was born in Kinston, NC, and was the husband of Mrs. Caledonia Smith 
who, besides her mother, survives him. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
