Virginian Pilot June 24, 1991

Michael Smith Jr., 25, of the 1200 block of Tidewater Drive, a truck driver, 
died June 18, 1991, in Norfolk.
Mr. Smith, a native of Norfolk, was employed with Arrington Hauling Co.
Survivors include a daughter, Marquidta Spruill of Norfolk; his mother, Doris 
Smith of Norfolk; four sisters, Bonita Ford, Teresa Allen and Margaret Hawkins, 
all of Norfolk and Rosa Lee Cherry of Scotland Neck, N.C.; three brothers, 
Harrison Smith, George Gray and Willie Gray, all of Norfolk; and a maternal 
grandmother, Lizzie Andrews of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Riddick Funeral Service by the 
Rev. Jeremiah Farrow. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends may join the 
family at the residence.
