Mrs. Esther W. Snead of Glen Allen, Va. departed this life January 9, 2002.
Surviving are one son, Dwight H. Snead Jr. of Glen Allen, Va.; one daughter,
Mrs. Joy Snead Pryor of Hampton, Va.; one granddaughter, Zoe Simone Snead; three
sisters, Mrs. Alice W. Bowens of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Doris W. Babbs of Virginia
Beach, Va. and Mrs. Lenora W. Coles of Richmond, Va.; one brother, Clarence C.
Willey of Norfolk, Va.; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one
daughter-in-law, Mrs. Angela T.P. Snead; one son-in-law, Robert Pryor III; three
brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law; devoted friend, Ms. Linda R. Wright;
other relatives and devoted friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115
E. Brookland Park Blvd., where the family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to
6 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive
Baptist Church, 8775 Mt. Olive Ave., Glen Allen, Va., Rev. Darryl Thompson
officiating. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk, Va . Guestbook at www.legacy.com.
