Norfolk Journal and Guide, June 24,1972
Norfolk - Mrs. Virgie Snead of 859 Henry street died recently in her home.  A
native of Halifax, NC, she was the widow of Edward Snead and a daughter of the
late William and Mrs. Grace F. Harvey.  Surviving are two sons, William Harvey
and John Harvey, and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Nevelle, all of Norfolk;  and three
grandchildren.  The body was taken to Graves Funeral Home.
