Mr. Snowden is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Fentress Snowden; a daughter, Mrs. J. Wesley Hill, both of Norfolk; a half brother, T.B. Miller, of Portsmouth, and a grandchild. Mr. Snowden was a native of Currituck County, N.C., but had been a resident of Norfolk for the last 27 years. He was a member of the Brambleton Avenue Methodist Church, Vandalia Lodge No. 47, I.O.O.F., and of the Norfolk Council O.F.A. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Twenty- ninth and Granby streets, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
