Louise Kean Spain, 93, died Feb. 14, 2004. Mrs. Spain was born in Jacksonville, 
Fla., and was the widow of Garland Harold Spain.

She is survived by her two daughters, Audrey Louise Spain Garnett and husband Bill 
of Virginia Beach, Margaret Marie Spain Pearson and husband Bill of Norfolk; 
grandsons, William Tabb Pearson, Brett Thomas Pearson, both of Virginia Beach, 
Craig Hammond Garnett of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and three great-grandchildren, Catherine 
Tabb Pearson, Luke Thomas Pearson and Faith Elizabeth Pearson.

A funeral will be private, with a memorial Mass held at a later date. Memorial 
donations may be made to Doberman Rescue, c/o Cavalier Doberman Pinscher Club, 
2548 Potters Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk 
Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
