SPALDING, JOHN CARROLL - At a local hospital, Thursday, May 10, 1951, at 4:10 
a.m., JOHN CARROLL SPALDING, husband of Mrs. Annie Crump Spalding, and son of the 
late Basil W. and Mrs. Elizabeth D. Spalding, in the 80th year of his age. Remains 
will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services SATURDAY MORNING, May 12, 1951, at 9 
o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
