Norfolk - Mrs. Omia Spence of 834 Pollard St., the widow of Joe Spence, died 
July 21 in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of Brown and Mrs. Minnie Harris.

She was a member of Campostella Heights Seventh-day Adventist Churh.

Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Naomi Biggs of New York, Mrs. Nannie White and 
Mrs. Minnie Mackey of Norfolk, and Mrs. Beatrice Knight of Philadelphia.

A funeral service was held July 27, in Campostella Heights Seventh-day Adventist 
Church by the Rev. H. Hayden.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Graves 
Funeral Home in charge.
