Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark June 2, 1929

SPENCE, MOLLIE COPPAGE - In Princess Anne County, Friday, May 31, 1929, at 7 
o'clock p.m., MRS. MOLLIE CPPAGE SPENCE, widow of John C. Spence, aged 88 
years.
Funeral services will be conducted at McKendree Methodist Church THIS 
(Sunday) AFTERNOON at 3:30 o'clock.  Friends of the family are invited to 
attend.  Interment Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.

Mrs. Mollie Coppage Spence - Funeral services for Mrs. Spence, who died 
Friday night at the home of her son, William E. Spence, at Salem, Princess 
Anne County, will be conducted at McKendree M.E. Church this afternoon at 
3:30 o'clock, the Rev. A.P. Williams, assisted by the Rev. Dr. G. Wesley 
Jones and the Rev. O.B. Carter officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia 
Cemetery, Berkley.
