Ora Moore Spencer, 88, died Feb. 26, 1992, in her home.
Mrs. Spencer was born in Roanoke. She was a graduate of St. Vincent DePaul 
School of Nursing and was a volunteer at DePaul Hospital and a member of its 
Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She was the widow of H. Woodley Spencer. She 
was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a past president of the 
Talbot Park Garden Club, both in Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Klucz of Clinton and Ora Marie Lambert 
of San Diego, Calif.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Blessed Sacrament 
Catholic Church by the Rev. Julian B. Goodman. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. 
Wednesday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel.
