She was a native of Norfolk and the daughter of Goldie Spencer and the late Earnhart Bazemore. Ernestine was employed with the City of Norfolk as a day care provider. She was a member of the Courts of Calanthe, Pricilla Court 292 and Grand Worthy Deputy for the state of Virginia. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Edna Diane Outlaw and husband, William Outlaw; brothers, Earnhart A. Spencer and wife, Georgene Spencer and Willie Clark; and grandmother, Ruth Spencer. She will also be sorely missed by over 40 children to whom she was a ``special mother'' and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by a brother, James Spencer. A funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Riddick Funeral Service with the Rev. Jeremiah Cuffee officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
