Virginian-Pilot October 22, 1962
SPLAN, MRS. HELEN BRANDT - At a local hospital, Saturday, October 20, 1962, at 
10:40 p.m., MRS. HELEN BRANDT SPLAN, widow of Lloyd William Splan, in the 60th 
year of her age. The body will be taken from the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home 
to the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for Funeral Services TUESDAY MORNING, 
October 23, 1962, at 10 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. 
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Rosary will be said at the Funeral Home 
Monday at 7:30 o’clock.
