The Virginian Pilot November 12, 1976
Jupiter, Fla. --  Mrs. Lucy F. Spracklin, 73, of Jupiter River Park, the wife 
of Ralph W. Spracklin and a former resident of Norfolk, died Wednesday in West 
Palm Beach.
She was born in Portsmouth and lived in Florida for 20 years.
Besides her husband, survivors include a stepson, R.V. Spracklin of Charlotte, 
N.C.
The body is being sent to Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, 
Norfolk, for a funeral Saturday at 11 a.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, by the 
Rev. Robert H. Eason of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
