The Virginian Pilot February 5, 1976
Mrs. Courtney Mallory Sprouse, 92, of 1306 Boissevain Ave., the widow of John 
T. Sprouse and a former soloist in many area churches, died Wednesday in her 
home.
She was a native of Norfolk,
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. T. Earl Lambert, and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy 
M. Weller, both of Norfolk.
A private funeral service will be held today in Cedar Grove Cemetery with Cox 
Funeral Home in charge.  The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
