Norfolk - Tony Spruell Jr., 54, of 1409 Manson street, received final rites Sunday 
in First Baptist Church, Campostella, with the Rev. J. J. Freeman officiating. 
Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Moseley Funeral home in charge. He died Dec. 
23 in a local hospital.

A Norfolk native, he was a son of Mrs. Susan Spruell and the late Rev. Tony 
Spruell. He worked for Southern Materials Corp. for 20 years.

Mr. Spruell was a member of First Baptist and Juniper Odd Fellows Lodge.
