Norfolk - Mrs. Edna Spruill, 19, wife of Elton Spruill of 1136 Percy street,
died at a Norfolk hospital Monday morning as a result of multiple burns suffered
in her home Saturday night.

Mrs. Spruill was pouring kerosene in the tank of an oil heater when flames
flared up and ignited her clothing.

Her body was removed to Hale Funeral Home to await funeral arrangements.
