Virginian Pilot October 26, 1900
Mr. Richard Stafford, a well-known and highly esteemed citizen and veteran in 
Niemeyer-Shaw Camp, Confederate Veterans of Berkley, died at his home near Money 
Point yesterday morning at 5:50 o'clock.  The deceased is quite aged and leaves a 
family.  The funeral will be conducted at the grave in Magnolia Cemetery this 
afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.
