The funeral services of Mrs. Ada Stancell who died April fourth, were held at Bank 
St. Baptist Church of which she was a member for more than fifty years. She had 
been a long and patient sufferer of asthma. At the time of her death she was with 
her son on Maypole Ave. She leaves to mourn their loss, husband, T. W. Stancell; 
three sons, T. W. Jr., Ulysses and Haywood Stancell and four grandchildren. 
Honorary pallbearers were: Messrs. S. F. Tucker, T. C. Foster and Prof. J. N. 
Baker; active, Messrs. L. T. Williams, Jas. Epperson, Wm. Perry, Wm. Jackson, Dr. 
W. T. Lovette and Attorney David E. Edwards. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
